Business Competition

Writing and presenting a business plan is an unbelievably valuable skill for those of us in the business world.  Unfortunately not a lot people have the formal skills to be able to prepare one.  I graduated from the Executive MBA program at SMU Cox Business School a few years back.  There program teaches participants how to design and develop a business plan.  Even more — many of their graduate students actual participate in a competition where they offer up to $60,000 in cash and prizes.  Real life experience that better prepares you for the business world.
